Andy spoke at our annual firm-wide retreat and was a big hit with our employees.
Through his humor and his very human stories, he did a great job of
helping us to remember the true value we can add to the lives of others if we'll
just take a moment to be outwardly focused and less self-absorbed.
We pride ourselves on providing personalized and caring service to our
clients, and Andy helped us refocus on the universal truth that our success is
built on the relationships we forge with our clients and with each other.

Andy brought a gift of reality combined
with the right amount of humility and humor to my boardroom. My executive
team left with a fresh outlook on servant leadership and how to motivate others
to make the most of their talents.

I had Andy speak at Bonefish to a group of about 30
people.
Throughout his speech there was laughter, tears and a
bit of soul searching done. It was a great way to bring
them together and show them that being a better human
being shows and can have a positive impact on yourself,
those around you and your business. The energy he spoke with captivated the room. He
calls his message "simple" but so many people need to be reminded that loving
and being kind to others will enrich their lives as well.

Andy's presentation was dynamite.
Packed full of very useful information ... wish I would have known this stuff
many years ago. |
| Andy was the
most professional and motivated speaker I have listened to. His facts,
figures and guidance gave us some "real world" information that was never
provided by anybody in the military before. I wish you could capture his
enthusiasm and positive motivation. You could tell that he was genuinely
concerned about our welfare. |

At first when I
heard he was going to talk 40 minutes, I said, "OMG, NO!" But he was really
interesting, I enjoyed him. |
| I totally loved
Andy Andersen’s talk! I am getting his book. I made a point to go up and meet
him after the meeting. What a wonderful man! |
